My journey, my mission, my values

A childhood marked by fragility

At five years old, my life took a sudden turn.
An emergency surgery — improbable, with only the slightest chance of survival.
Three surgeons tried the impossible… and I opened my eyes the next morning.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but that experience left an invisible mark on me:
a feeling of fragility, of being different — almost out of place.
I grew up with the sense of being apart, protected by others’ eyes, kept at a distance from certain experiences.

Over time, that fragility became a question, then a quest:
if I’m still here, perhaps it’s not by chance.
There must be a reason…

Fatherhood, my school of life

Becoming a father at 21 was an explosion of joy.
Very young, I took on my responsibilities, supported my family, and learned what it truly means to protect and to pass things on.

Later, I faced educational disagreements and difficult choices, staying true to my values even when it complicated relationships.

Over time, welcoming a third child allowed me to experience fatherhood differently — with more maturity and serenity.

These experiences taught me that parenting is never perfect, but that it above all requires presence, consistency, and courage.

…And then the body said stop

After a demanding career in real estate, my body forced me to pause.
Fatigue, wear, loss of meaning… it was the end of a road.

That emptiness became an opportunity — a chance to start anew, to listen to the inner voice urging me to guide, to share, and to help.

That’s when I discovered coaching and neuroscience — a true revelation.
I finally understood our inner mechanisms and found tools to overcome personal blocks.

A commitment to helping others

Long before changing careers, I already had the desire to help.
I led humanitarian projects in Romania and Burkina Faso, supported children with little or no access to education, and guided families as a volunteer mentor.

These experiences confirmed what I had always felt deep down:
contributing to others gives meaning to my own life.

Supporting with integrity and expertise

My journey is that of a child who came close to death,
a father who grew alongside his children,
and a man who dared to change his path.

I’ve learned that fragility can become strength —
that our struggles shape our legitimacy.

Today, I guide young people and parents to find their own keys —
with humanity, science, and authenticity

A glimpse of me through my journey to Burkina Faso

This volunteer and community journey left a deep mark on me.
In Burkina Faso, I met families and schools that, despite sometimes difficult conditions, showed incredible strength and a simple, genuine joy.

Those moments of sharing, listening, and supporting others strengthened my conviction:
to guide, to pass on, and to help young people grow — this is a mission that gives true meaning to my life
